I've struggled with over 100 pounds of excess weight, and understand the courage it takes to begin a fitness program. Join my classes to move and sweat with a diverse and encouraging group who support your health and fitness goals. My classes are suitable for all levels of fitness abilities; however I have a strong passion for coaching and mentoring beginning and returning exercise participants, as I more than anyone, have shared the same struggle. When you come to class, it is best to wear an aerobic or cross-training shoe, comfortable clothing you can move in, a towel and water. Also, be sure to check with your doctor prior to beginning any exercise program.
